Pine Trail Elementary
Hour of Code 2015

This school year we had more classes than ever participating in Hour of Code!! Students ranging from Kindergarten through 5th grade spent time learning about what coding is, why it's important for kids to learn, and how it may impact their lives in the future.

Through the code.org website students were able to practice coding skills using cool programs based on Star Wars, Minecraft, Anna and Elsa, Disney Infinity,  and more! Many students also began to take part in a 20 hour computer science course through code.org, programming Angry Birds, Zombies, Farmers, and more.

Here are our hardworking coders!!
